Good and great taste. I like the extra energy but don’t like the craving for sugar. Taste is good, no problem with stomach. Easy to use, need to drink a lot of water too. Keep you going like the bunny but no shakes allow you to sleep.

After taking Multi-GI 5 for a few weeks now I’m feeling somewhat better! However, I’m still having issues with my stomach or GI tract making gurgling noises and hoping over time my health will improve even more!

It’s easy to take and transport anywhere I go. Also, it’s easy to get into a routine taking it each morning before breakfast.

My experience isn't very long but I have noticed a difference in how I feel. I'm not deep down and tired and am getting much more done during my day. The peppery taste was a surprise the first day but I don't notice it now. I love the flavor and drink it with food at 9:30 am. I have found the Multi-GI 5 drink good so far. I seem to inhale a little burst of powder when mixing it in liquid and that brings on a cough, but it's brief.

I haven't seen bombastic results yet but it's early. I will give this a full 90 days and hope to see improvements in my gut health.

I have noticed a significant amount of loss for bad food cravings but wish it would last most of the day. I am pretty pleased with the flavor but not so pleased with the price. I have only been on it for about two weeks so I think with time I could give you a more concise evaluation. I am pleased so far that I have not experienced any adverse cramping, muscle aches, or headaches.

I have been taking GI 5 for a week and so far so good.

I do wish there were extra flavors to choose from as I get bored with just the Raspberry Lemonade flavor. Don't get me wrong, the flavor tastes great! I gave 4 stars since the powder doesn't dissolve well.

I am still rocking an 8 oz serving each morning of week one, so hopefully more to experience. Where is the reduced foggy brain? I also hope it helps with lowering my A1C.

I have noticed after 3 weeks that this product has made me very regular and my energy level is up, but I have not lost any weight. I need to do better with food intake moderation. I have referred this product to my daughter who has ordered it.

Overall, Unify Health Labs Multi-GI 5 is a terrific product. I have already started seeing a difference in my health since I started using the product.

With that being said, I opened all six of my containers and noticed that they all were only half full, but I was thinking that one container might possibly last a full 30 days. I have not been using the product for a full 30 days yet, and my jar is completely finished leaving me to have open a new jar.

This is something that definitely needs to change.
