Good energy
Good and great taste. I like the extra energy but don’t like the craving for sugar. Taste is good, no problem with stomach. Easy to use, need to drink a lot of water too. Keep you going like the bunny but no shakes allow you to sleep.

Still looking for help
I have started my second jar. Tastes good, not sure if it is really doing anything for me. I have tried so many diets and plans and nothing seems to work. I'm still looking for something, anything to help me lose weight.

Very pleased
I have been taking this for about 4 weeks and am very pleased with the results. I no longer feel bloated and feel great. The first couple of days were slightly rough but after that, it's been great.

Multi-GI 5 is so great, I have seen so much improvement with my health.

Not beneficial to me
I have been taking the GI 5 as prescribed. Not sure how it worked for Randy Jackson, because it is not working for me. Every time I take it, I get really bad stomach aches. I also see no improvement in energy level and it gives me extreme diarrhea. Reminds me of when I took Metformin for PCOS. Either way, it is not enjoyable at all. I agree with the reviews about burning the throat, but that is what those ingredients do. Also had spurts of feeling a bit lightheaded/dizzy-like feelings. None of these symptoms were present prior to taking this powder. So, overall, I am not happy. I think it is way overrated.

Constipated
