I bought this product for the first time and it took over 2 weeks to arrive in London. After four days of taking the supplement my blood pressure readings have shot up and I cannot get a good night's sleep. This is the only change/new addition to my diet so I know this is causing my readings to go up. Waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

I've only been drinking GI 5 for a few weeks but feel like my gut has a more healthy balance. I haven't had near as many gut disturbances as I had before using it.

I just started on my Multi-G 5 today and I found that if you use 1 scoop powder of Multi- G 5 to 2 scoop water and mix it until it together until it dissolves, then add the rest of your liquid water or juice and it will not be lumpy but smooth. Just a tip that helps me out. I can’t at this time give a true rating because this is my first day. So I’ll give it a 2 right now and I would have to say no because I can’t recommend it right now because I don’t know how it’s going to help me since it’s my first day. I will give a true update when I have used it for a couple of weeks to a month to see how it helps me.

I am a 74-year-old, active, white male, 6 feet tall, 190 lbs.
Have a slightly bloated-looking belly. Listened to the excruciatingly long message while in my car, trying a 3-month regiment. So far, NOTHING. I do not want my money back. I want this stuff to work as advertised.
Surprised, NO directions as when to take (on an empty stomach, before, after, or with meals). Anyone who says the taste is great must work for Unify.

I ordered on 7/2/20 and received 7/31/20 with shipping delays due to COVID19.
Today, I was going to start using the product. However, when I opened the first container (I bought 3 for the discount), I was shocked. The container is 4 1/4 inches tall. The product inside wasn't even half full. It measured 1/4 full and had a gel pack for freshness in it.
I immediately opened the 2nd & 3rd containers, which measured out the same. Considering the amount of money for the products, I don't understand how this can be considered an adequate product amount per container. The product in all 3 containers could have easily been in one.
I feel I paid over $150 for 1 jar of product and two additional plastic containers. I haven’t even tried the product, which at this point I’m not going to and will be requesting a refund. I can’t fathom paying that price for three-fourths of an empty jar. I literally thought it was a processing error.

I had really wanted this product to be beneficial. After 10 days, all I am experiencing is diarrhea and loose stools, and constant flatulence. Today I had to go to the bathroom 6 times, and the day is only half over.
The dust that comes out of the container, and again when I add the powder to water, makes me sneeze and cough. It feels like it is going into my lungs and doing me harm. I really hate that.
Speaking of hate, the taste is awful. Not Strawberry Lemonade, more like Theraflu. Why didn't the manufacturers make the mixture taste better? I'm really surprised about that.
Beyond all that, I have seen no changes during these 10 days. The thought of continuing with something that I don't like and that brings me discomfort, is something I am not going to do. I now am more concerned that it is doing me harm, than doing me good. Today I stop.
Please let me know the procedure for getting my money back. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to the rewards from using Multi-GI 5. Used for a week, had constipation. Stopped using for 3 days, constipation gone. Tried again with warm water, constipation returned with bloating and gas. This product has not been useful to me. Do I return the partially used jar for a refund?

Powder, measured at arm's length so I don't inhale product. Product is by weight so half a jar, but looks like 30 scoops. Dissolved in a small amount of water then added the remaining water. Flavor good to me. Then burning sensation, like hot sauce, in my mouth. Whoa, didn't like that at all. That might stop me from using this product. Recovered from Covid a month ago and limited taste and smell. Question, can I add more water or use warm water to dissolve it? Will it change performance? Still very exhausted from the Covid battle and hoping this will help, if I can figure out this burning thing. I will update my reviews. I can't recommend just yet.

I was really excited for this product after reading reviews and ordered 3 jars. Two weeks into using the product and I started having extremely high blood pressure readings. I have never had my blood pressure go above normal. It is usually low. Since this product was the only new thing I had introduced into my diet, I researched ingredients and was amazed to see the dangers of licorice root! I cannot believe I am the only person with this issue! I would love to try the product again but am afraid to after my experience.

My experience has been feeling more energy. I have not lost the weight I hoped to lose, however, I contribute that possibly to struggles with IBS. I will continue with the product and will let you know further results. Thanks for the recipes, which I tried.
