When you look at their Uptime Power Base, it's not the best. Taurine (which is an extremely cheap amino), COQ10 (which is good), and some herbs. The problem is, it's all 178 mg of this, so it's what? 30-50mg per ingredient? That won't give you much energy. When I drank it, it gave me lots of energy, just not as much as I'd like. I’d recommend GFuel, Guru or something else, but not this.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I first saw someone drinking Uptime, that’s when I became curious. I asked them about it, I purchased my own. I was having a day with little to no motivation or energy, I opened up one bottle of Uptime and in maybe 10 minutes I was up, motivated, feeling great, clear mind, I had a boost of energy. I was really shocked and happy that it actually works! I didn’t crash or anything. I added this to my daily supplements! I’m a real person, this stuff really works. It’s a heck yes for me! You feel me!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
