My husband of 40 years and I are renewing our wedding vows later this year. I saw this product on the Dr. Oz show and thought I would try it, maybe help me to look at little younger on that special day. The product did not work. I called to cancel the product and was told that I was too late. Apparently the 14 day trial started from the day I ordered it, included the 4 days it took to receive it and then 10 days to try it out. I was hung up on 3 times as I tried to understand how that could be possible! One "representative" told me that sometimes it takes as long as 30 days to work. How would I ever be able to find that out if I have to let you know in 10?
I asked to speak to a supervisor on my first call and was told that the person I was speaking to could help me, so there was no need. When I insisted, she hung up on me. The next person did the same. The last person said she would request a supervisor, but there was no obligation for them to take the call! What?? I work in retail and I can tell you if someone asked to speak to my supervisor and I gave that answer, not only would I lose my job, but my company would be horrified!
I then wrote to the customer service email that came with the product which stated that "our customers are very important to us." I received a reply back from "Jimmy" no last name, title or anything which again said nothing they could do to help me.
For $100 a pop, I would think a company would stand behind their product and offer a money back guarantee no matter when you request it. These people saw me and others like me, coming. They are taking customers money left and right and they need to be stopped!
DO NOT order this product! It does not work and their customer service is awful! They are running a scam and they need to be shut down.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
