    Poor customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I received a letter that my membership was going to be automatically renewed, so I called the number provided and asked them to stop the auto renewal. So now when I need servicing, I find out that he canceled my membership as well as my renewal. They blamed me and would not do anything about it, and I had time left on my membership.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
