    My first encounter with the company and personnel

    The only issue I have is very slow response time with claims personnel. Customer service is on a 5-star level, claims department 2-3 stars. I think in the long run, the claims department sharpens up the experience, knowledge of the people you have to deal with repairing our product. We need good car technicians, they do not have a lot of time to waste. Thank you.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
