    No call, no show four times

    Horrible! I signed up for annual service via phone. Explained we needed service ASAP. No one called or texted as we were told would happen "within 1-2 business days" called back after one week only to find out we weren’t even on their schedule for a month. Again explained we need service NOW. We were told they would come within the week. Again no call no show. Called back and we were told they would be here for sure Monday. Nope, again nothing. I called back and were told we were tentatively on the schedule for the next day. I said ok, we are DONE! If this is how NEW customers are treated with an annual contract, I can’t imagine the nightmare recurring customers would have if they needed a repeat service. No thanks! Our money spends just fine elsewhere!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
