    Very bad customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Very bad customer services. Sold us economy class and it wasn't economy class and we had to pay extra fees for baggage for international flights to Europe and all they said we should have upgraded it on the website, which is not true, it doesn't say anything about upgrade, it says just economy. I found out when I called Air Canada. We will never buy any tickets from them. The manager was very rude to us and he was only trying to cover himself.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
