I really want RX bars to work for me. I love the transparency of the ingredients, the flavor options, but mostly I like that they are (purportedly) composed of simple and non-overly processed macronutrients.
For whatever horrible reason, whenever I eat an RX bar I get bad gas, in the form of aggravating stomach and abdominal pain that lasts a couple of hours.
I don’t think this is the case with everybody, so try them! I hope RX bars work for you, but my body doesn’t like them.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
