    Quality and quantity going downhill!

    Overall Experience:

    I have been a subscriber for about a year and a half. When I first joined they seemed to have put a lot of thought into what they would send out. There would be a great variety of products and seemed to be at least an equal value to what you had to pay to subscribe. After a few months, boxes started to arrive weeks late and one month was skipped altogether. For the last 8 months, the boxes come with cheap and unimaginative selection of products. Good luck calling and talking to a human if you have a problem with an item being broken in the box! I finally sent an email and they sent one back asking me to send back damaged product and they would send out a new one! Customer service sucks with this company - that is the first and only thing you should need to know when signing up with them.

    September 2019 box = 3 pack cans of sparkling white wine, a pair of Johnny Fly sunglasses and a bottle of Runamok Maple Syrup. You decide if it's a $129 value? Theme - your guess is as good as mine. Luxury is definitely not what I would call the boxes in the last 6-8 months. You are seeing the beginning of the end with this bunch! You are definitely taking a big chance if you commit to a full year with them.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
