    Chime Banking

    Horrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Chime has horrible customer service. On 2 occasions I Cash Apped a friend some money and they never received it with instant cash out. I called Cash App and they confirmed it was my bank I needed to check with. I called Chime and they gave me the run-around. After speaking to 3 people and 2 managers, I did not receive my money back, leaving me short $150. On another occasion, I was refunded money from a store and Chime failed to show me that the money was refunded and put into my checking account. They also sent me an email saying money was refunded to my account but did not show up in my statement, and when I called about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Every time there is money removed from my account that is unauthorized, Chime does the bare minimum to help me.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
