One week after ordering 2 pillows, no shipping info has been sent, yet my credit card was billed right away. After talking to customer service, and being told that the order is still processing, several times, I asked if I could just cancel the order and was told, no, there are no cancellations and no refunds. Not sure if it is worth any more effort to try and go after them, or fill a complaint with the state's AG, or just eat the $80 and take it as a lesson learned.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
