    Something is very wrong here!

    Overall Experience:

    My friends and I booked a trip too. The resort is telling us Bookit did not pay them and they are requiring us to pay again. The airlines, ground transportation, and the excursion we went on had no problems. The resort is threatening to call authorities if we don't pay again. They are saying Bookit is not working because of the Coronavirus. Don't know who is the problem that is sure causing us a lot of stress.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
