    Overall Experience:

    I had a trip scheduled to Cancun for 3/18/20. I changed the trip to 7/15/20 to be notified by the Hotel that has not paid for this trip and if I wanted to book directly they would give me the small discounted rate. I have sent all the information to my credit card company, also the Florida Attorney General's office. Hopefully they are able to help us get the trip we all deserve! NEVER AGAIN. They will be back in business under a new name, I'M SURE OF THAT.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
