Grandkids love the crates but terrible time correcting subscription errors on their part

    • Length of Use: 6–12 months
    Overall Experience:

My grandchildren love the crates; two are one and the other is three.

HOWEVER, dealing with the company's technical errors is a nightmare. We signed them up in December to start the crates in January. They started them in December. (We had printed out our order confirmations.) Then when I called they couldn't tell me what happened but because I had said January they shipped the next panda box in January instead of waiting until February. (Should be every other month.) Once the information is in for a gift they can not change any information for that child such as an email address etc.

At the end of subscriptions, the sent an email with a discount to continue. The link kept saying they had an error, check back later. I sent several emails, finally got a response that was not correct to the problem and a phone number to call. (There is no customer service number on their site.) The first person did not give me the correct discount. The second person did, however, in extending the three subscriptions the address for one of them was combined with a subscription to a different grandchild with a totally different last name. You can not ever get a supervisor on the line.

    Pros and Cons:

    • My grandchildren and their parents love the crates
    • There are so many technical issues with the site
    • Initial subscriptions were not started correctly
    • There is no customer service number on the site and when you send an email they don't resolve the issue correctly

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
