    Freelancer support is awful

    Overall Experience:

    Submitted two tickets to the Freelancer support team to dispute a project fee charge I was charged once I accepted a fixed price project I was not compensated for. They refused to help me resolve this issue and won't refund the fee because the employer won't answer. Clearly, Freelancer doesn't want to help freelancers and they favor the employers that are unprofessional.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
