I have been a customer of AHS for 20 years for two separate residences. In the last 5 years the level of knowledge, feedback, and service as declined greatly. For two years I have attempted to simply change personal data on my account to every six months discover it is set back to data of 3 years before. After calls into the support line, I am transferred than disconnected and start again. With this company, you need to be your own advocate and question everything and you will get what you need, but be warned.
