First issue I had that once I put mag on the heated grill (450 deg), and put some veggies on it, by the time I finished the veggies and was ready to grill the meat, the temperature went down to 300 degrees. Meat was cooked but no grill marks as promised. I will see how it cleans once it cools off. So far disappointed!
