Costing us over $300 AUS for 3 jars including shipping, I really expected some benefit. After 1 jar over about 4 or 5 weeks, it was pretty evident the MCT was doing nothing, no change in energy, and certainly no weight change. It could simply be that our diet does not include sugary foods, so MCT didn’t have any effect on “cravings”. But I expected to see some results. If it wasn’t so expensive, I would not be too bothered, but this experience has certainly put me on guard for trusting the many positive reviews the manufacturer had posted. I bought this product on those reviews and they didn’t eventuate for us.
I would not recommend this product given its price, or would suggest people only try 1 jar first, to see their own personal response.
