    StrictionBP

    Updated review

    Update

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

Reply from StrictionBP people: "We will refund you the rest of your money (dated 9/24/20?) to your card". They did not refund the rest of the money, $66 and some odd cents were refunded, and that is all. I paid $150.89 on my card on 9/1/20.

Add to my review? These people lie. Today is October 11th, 2020, I was NOT refunded in full.

Please, everyone, stay away from this company.

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • They are good con artists
    • "Retired Pharmacist" is a good actor
    • Idiots with no real scientific data on amounts of supplements to take
    • They write you on this site; attempting to show all that they are on the level-- but it's all lies to cover up.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Company Response from Optimal Health Products

      Greetings Karen,

In my previous response I provided my personal contact information for you to reach out to me if there were additional concerns. At this time, I've reviewed your account and confirmed with our bank that you have indeed been fully refunded to the card that was originally charged.

I would encourage you to double-check with your financial institution, as you should have all of your money back at this point. Again, if this isn't the case, please contact me personally at: Trevor.F@optimal-health.com and I'll gladly provide you with transaction ID's and screenshots of your refund.

I look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved for you.

      Kind Regards,

      Trevor

    Beware - scammers!

Purchased the 6 bottles, didn't realize I had to click "No" to the CoQ10, so they billed and sent that too! Also, they had me subscribed - no, I called and told them to cancel that and they gave me a big half off the CoQ10 I never ordered (I buy my own CoQ10).

Took the stuff for 2 weeks - in lieu of my own Ceylon Cinnamon (1200mg BID, from Amazon), Magnesium Chelate (not Malate, 500mg BID), and B6 (natural, 500 mg BID). I had my dangerously high BP stabilized with these. Then I was all excited about the 4 pills from Striction BP. My BP went way back UP again, dangerously UP, higher than it was before my own concoction. Yes, my doctor knew about it. Doctors are opening up to alternative medicine. 30 years of the Medical Model have not worked.

I called Striction people for their "money back" thing, lol. They wanted $9.95 for each bottle for "restocking", plus shipping? So, I'd get less than half my money back. Rip off big time! Scam. You people are terrible, how dare you do this to people? A clueless girl told me to keep them and she'd put $66 back on my card (no e-mail to document this, don't like no documentation, am a retired RN). Do not "thank" me for being ripped off by you in your reply. I was an idiot to buy this garbage. My own fault.

For others who may be reading this? Please just order Ceylon Cinnamon, Magnesium Chelate (more easily absorbed w/o abdominal complaints), and B6 (the natural one from natural sources), all can be purchased from Amazon. (Yes, they are expensive, but they work!) Take doses in low amounts at first, then increase slowly until you see the difference in your BP. This really works! The review in this article is correct - you need more than what Striction has in it to see results. I firmly believe in Alternative Medicine after all the horrors I've seen and endured myself from Big Pharm and the lousy FDA (being sued in multiple Class Act Suits for meds they "approved" which cause cancer?!).

Stay away from StrictionBP! Scammers and rip off artists. "Retired Pharmacist"?

To all subscribers reading this, I wish you all healthy hearts and long, purposeful lives.

Company Response from Optimal Health Products

      Greetings Karen,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It provides us with extremely useful feedback that we can take action on to improve our overall customer experience - so we appreciate it.

In response to your complaint - although I can understand the frustration to some extent, I hope you can understand that just like all companies, we do have procedures that are adhered to and agreed upon in the terms and conditions at checkout. The agent in question was merely abiding by the agreed-upon terms, and the text of our guarantee.

Additionally, although it's not uncommon to receive exclusive offers during checkout, we understand your frustration in getting a product you didn't intend on ordering, and wanting to ensure you get reimbursed for such scenarios.

To recap, at this time, you have all of our product that was shipped, and you've received 50% of your money back. That being said, it's never our intent to leave our customers feeling "scammed" or "duped" as we always try to go above and beyond - and although the products may not have worked for you, they have worked for countless others.

I am going to be refunding the remaining 50% of your order today (9/24/20) back to the card that was originally charged. Feel free to keep the product as well - hopefully you may give it a second chance at some point. We hope that this helps resolve any remaining dissatisfaction with your order, but if not, feel free to e-mail me directly at Trevor.F@optimal-health.com and I'll gladly help in whatever way I can.

If you need immediate assistance regarding questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us, toll-free, at 1-844-248-3717 and we'd be happy to assist you 7-days a week.

Thank you for partnering with us towards a healthier tomorrow!

      Kind Regards,

      Trevor Frank
