Only giving one star because zero is unavailable. FlightHub is a straight rip-off. When British Airways canceled our flight - not only did FH charge us like we initiated the cancellation, it charged us twice - once for a future credit ($70) and then, when we couldn't find another flight, for a refund ($100).
When I tried to reach someone by phone, I realized there are no humans there. When I disputed the $70 charge for cancel for credit, they responded to my credit card holder with made-up charges that totaled $170, rather just refund me for the service I did not receive.
If they think this is over, they are sadly mistaken. I have e-mails that confirm my account, and not only will I get my $70 back, I will do everything I can to tell everyone my story.
