    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve now been without heat and air conditioning for 2 months and it’s supposed to get below freezing tonight. The issue has been diagnosed but the contracted service provider is now unreachable, won’t return my calls, and AHS won’t approve an alternate provider. I’ve called AHS seven times now with absolutely no resolution in sight. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
