I have been paying into them for like 8 months, go to use them for a bathroom sink that is plugged and after 4 days with not one contractor or them calling me, I canceled them. Then after about 7 calls to them, 13 business days, and 2 reports with BBB, I got my $100.00 refund back. I had one gal who was very nice that put me through to the cancellation department and called me back when she said she would.
Pros and Cons:
