    Overall Experience:

    Purchased a home. The thermostat failed. A pin was broken on the connector. They claimed physical damage. Would not pay. Next, the water heater is leaking. They still have yet to replace it. Then our fridge is failing. Waited 5 to 6 weeks and decided to replace it ourselves. The part needed is obsolete. They are dragging their feet to give me funds toward the replacement.

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • Customer service
    • Cannot get to anybody but the first level people
    • Try not to pay even when the contract states they are obligated

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
