AHS has the absolute worst customer service and contractors. In June of 2020, it took the service company 3 technicians, 5 trips, and 3 weeks to "repair" my A/C, to "complete" the job, they installed used parts. Now my heat pump needs service, so far 3 technicians, 3 trips, and still not working. Mailed 2 letters to corporate office.
