I filed a claim on an AC and couldn’t get service out for 3 days and with a time frame from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. Are you kidding me? I just canceled my 2 warranties with them. Has been a waste of money over the last decade. I could have purchased a new unit for what I’ve been paying $70 per month to cover each home. Never can speak to a human without staying on the line for 30 minutes or more and that annoying phone music wants you to hang up. I’m sure that’s why they have chosen that annoying music. Charged me a cancellation fee of $59 and $16 on these two cancellations. The second charge, they called it an administrative charge. WOW.
So happy to be done with these folks. There are plenty of other options out there.
