Had a gas leak. Spent hours on hold and they never found a contractor. Reps are hard to understand. After paying $75 I had to find my own contractor. He spent hours on hold to get the repair approved. Once approved I sent in the invoices for reimbursement and still cannot get paid. Spent an hour and 1/2 on hold today following up and my call was dropped two times. The rep gave me the runaround and would not send me to the department to check on my email for payment. Disgusted! Out $925.
