I have American Home Shield and have been on hold or am being transferred now for 47 minutes. I spoke to someone and told them I wanted to cancel my services. They transferred me to someone else and I told them as well. My service better be canceled and no further money removed from my account or I will sue their company! I am tired of their crap. I have been hung up on twice now! I am trying to do live chat but they are using the COVID excuse to tell me they are experiencing a larger call volume. Someone, please explain to me how the call volume would be higher due to COVID! Did all the appliances get COVID and are dead? They lied to me about the cost of the repair. I asked the repairman how much after speaking to AHS and the price was double! I asked him to go back to AHS and I spoke to them as well and they changed the pricing!
