I ordered Total Gym on a Thursday. That night I saw QVC was advertising their $2200.00 model with accessories and pilates for only $100.00 more. I ordered the upgrade from QVC.

I then called Total Gym to cancel the $799.00 model, which was their lower quality machine. No answer after calling Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can only cancel thru their customer service department. On Monday, 2 minutes from their office opening, they told me it is too late to cancel! You call them at all hours to give them your money but can only cancel thru customer service.

Now I have 2 machines. I have not received a shipping notice telling me when it will ship or when I will receive it.

Very disappointed in their lack of service.
