    High Impact Whey Protein

    From one time a day to 2–3 times a day

    Overall Experience:

    I usually have the Whey Protein between 10am to 12pm. I have 2–3 bowel movements a day. At the gym, I am gradually using higher weight when I work out. I am also using the Endurance supplement as well.

    Pros and Cons:

    • The results
    • Smaller containers easier to store in kitchen
    • The taste as I saw others raving, not the best, but not horrible, doesn’t matter though the results are what counts for me
    • It’s a little pricey for the amount in it

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
