    Horrible customer support - overcharge

    Overall Experience:

    I canceled my membership, they sent me an email letting me know that it was canceled and that I would not receive an order, nor would I be charged. I got charged. I've talked to them twice on the phone and they're still sending me notices saying that I have to pay the money. Yet they won't send me food unless you pay the bill. I even have an email from them that states that I will not be paying because the shorter isn't going to be shipped.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Food delivery
    • Not going to the store
    • Discounted offers
    • Being charged after canceling the service
    • Being charged after they send me an email saying I won't be charged
    • Not receiving call backs from customer service

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
