Copper Chef Titan Pan & Knife

Overall Experience:

I am somewhat disappointed with the Titan Pan. Watching the chef on TV clean the pan with paper towels does not work for me. I have scrubbed the pan and in doing so, I hope that I don't damage it.

The knife that came with the set has become blunt after about 3 months of semi-regular use.
Pros and Cons:
- I was impressed when watching the chef cook with the pan
- I like the high sides
- I like that if has a glass lid and is oven safe
- The pan cannot be wiped with paper towels
- Food does stick to it and some foods are hard to remove. I am worried about damaging this expensive pan
- The knife that came with the set, is already blunt, though the advertising states it will always be sharp
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
