    Week 3

    Overall Experience:

    So far so good. This is my 3rd week. I began mostly for energy. I have definitely noticed an improvement in brain fog during the 2nd week. Energy is very slowly improving. At least I am beginning to feel like I am trying to get out and walk. I am a 65-year-old woman and fairly healthy. Only on meds for cholesterol, thyroid, and BP. I have high hopes for more improvement. Also helps with hunger. I promised myself I would give myself 4-5 weeks for improvement.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Overall feeling better and memory is sharper
    • Stomach issues improving
    • Energy improving
    • I purchased 4 jars at a discount, expensive but might prove to be worth it

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
