I bought a refurbished unit for Fibromyalgia pain. Within 15 minutes I was able to take deeper breaths, as getting out of that "fight or flight mode" is a great step for Fibromyalgia sufferers. I used to take Tylenol AND Ibuprofen, PLUS my prescribed medication for pain, and I have been able to not use the over-the-counter medications since the Quell application. I am also trying to heal Leaky Gut Syndrome, so getting rid of Ibuprofen use is essential for that.
The only negative (minus one star), is that the patches on the electrode strip could be irritating my skin. Time will tell, but overall I am very pleased with the Quell device and would recommend it.
P.S. I do not have a phone that is compatible with the Quell device, but you do not NEED a phone to use Quell. You will just not have access to the extra features, but you will have the basic pain relieving functions with the unit itself. I do not want to buy a new phone right now, so don't let that stop you either, if that is holding you back.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I tried 4 packs and 4 pots of boiling water without results over 18 hours. In the end, I poured about 2 cups of AJAX Dish Soap down the toilet, added another pot of boiling water and then it finally cleared. Can't really say it was this product that did the job for the money. I also used the jagged stick thing initially to clear the clog, but that did not work.
One of my fiends tells me that hair conditioner has worked the best for her, plus boiling water. Can be any cheap conditioner.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
