    Clear Dash HD Cam

    The worst customer service and product in the world, read on.

    This has been four months of frustration.

    I ordered two units in August, and they both failed within a week. They finally replaced those two, but they both failed within a DAY of installation. Then they replaced those two again, and they both BOTH failed almost immediately.

    I called them today. After the first call, they were supposed to call me back, but when I picked up, they hung up. I called again and left my phone number with some named Alvin, who was supposed to forward it to a supervisor to take care of my issues. Then, I got a "welcome" message and went ahead and did the "call me back" thing again. When I answered there was no one there, and I waited a long time saying "hello" again and again. I called once more, and this time was told it would be a one minute wait. So I waited, for 20 minutes.

    I hung up and called one last time, and am now waiting to hear back from them.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
