I sent the product back because I was told that I could not get a refund but could cancel the two product orders. I requested that product orders be canceled and they informed me that they would either send back the product or refund my account.
I then received two more shipments of one product and got charged for receipt of two more shipments of both products. The customer service rep informs me that to cancel the two products you must go through two different customer service centers, or I had to keep and pay for the product (the products were two brands, one Beauty and other NU Beauty). I informed her that one product came in two different packages, one marked Nu Beauty and one Beauty, with the same address and the same customer service number. She stated that it was not possible and now that I am yelling at her, she is choosing to turn the call over to someone else. I thanked her profusely for beating me to that decision.
I did, however, deal with a supervisor that took the time to listen and agreed that I at least should not be charged for the products that I did not receive and took them off my account. For that, I thank him. I do however have to call a different service line number to deal with the other product that came from the same address.
Do NOT do business with this company. By the way, the product had zero effect, a generic body lotion would give the same results.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
