I ordered my free trial of ExoBoost and ExoSlim and it took two weeks to get, but after having the product for less the five days, they charged my credit card $159 for the trial product. I called the company, but it is very hard to get a hold of someone. Finally, they sent me a Return Merchandise Authorization number to return the product.
They received the product back, then told me there was a processing error and they have to send me a refund check, and it should take 7-10 business days for the refund. It has been 13 days now and still no refund. I will be calling back every day until I receive my refund. They charged my credit card, so they should be able to refund it the same way. Totally a bad company.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Did you ever receive your refund? I'm having the same issue. I've seen the free trial as well and decided to try it. I paid shipping and handling for the free trial. I was shocked to see that my account was charged for over $200 on 9/27/16.
I sent back my ExoBoost and ExoSlim within the 30-day window. They received my product and said they processed a check on 10/19/16.
I have not received that check, and it's now 1/16/2017. I have called multiple times, and they keep giving me the runaround. I've been calling the 1-800 number since last week, but the number is not working. I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do.
