The "heavy duty" workout machine feels like it weighs less than one pound, the stability bar wobbles when you use it, and the inner thigh exercise doesn't feel as if it is working anything. When you start the DVD, the "warm-up" is the instructor doing the exercise for approximately five seconds while on the screen it says to perform this for 30 seconds. So you have to pause while doing each of these exercises.
Same goes for the workout. She shows you how to do maybe four reps, and the next screen has her performing it on the other leg for the same amount of reps. You'd think she could have done the entire workout!
I only used it once so far, and I can feel it working my muscles and my booty, but they could have worked on the above-mentioned areas a little more.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
