    Air by crazybaby

    Never received my order

When I went and preordered on Indiego, the company said they would deliver my Air by crazybaby in January of 2017. I still haven't received them, and there is no way to contact the company by email. I am very disappointed that they didn't follow through with delivery, or at the very least, explain why they haven't delivered my Air earbuds. Also, I'm now at a loss of over $100.

I would appreciate it if somebody at crazybaby would have the decency to contact me by email and tell me what is going on. I feel like I've been scammed!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am in the same exact situation. My product was supposed to be delivered by January 2017. As of today, it hasn't been delivered yet. Their website does not have any contact information, and it makes me very angry. I'm considering suing the company.

Kyle Pedwell and "CrazyBaby" have been releasing constant updates that they had to push the delivery back to April because they took all the money made from the campaign, and put it to work, making a better product than they had originally planned.

They made enough from the crowdfunding that they were able to update the chipset, battery, and much more. All you need to do to find any of this out, you should read the Indiegogo campaign page, or check your email spam filters! I have been getting constant email updates.

Oh my, all a backer needs to do is log into the Indiegogo web page. Crazybaby posts frequent updates regarding production delays. As stated above, it's because they built their production line, and later went with higher quality battery (for those who want a refund or sue Crazybaby).

First, read Indiegogo's policy. It's a risk funding any product. It's not Amazon for Pete's sake. However, Crazybaby clearly posts how to receive a refund for those backers that don't want to wait. According to comments page on the website, all who have requested refund have received it.

Also, because of delays in production, Crazybaby did extend all backers warranties by half a year!

I could see the comments before on the backer page but I have not been able to lately. I also am concerned as it is past mid-June, and still no response. I emailed them and they have not responded. Has anyone received theirs?

Here is a correction to my prior post, I can see the updates. It looks like they are just starting to send them out as of two days ago, so we'll see.

I was a backer right from the beginning. Disgusting company. They sold thousands of units on jd.com before shipping it to backers. Infrequent updates, when Air by crazybaby did update it was lies, like blatant lies contradicting previous updates.

The bottom line is, after the six months of lies and no product, coupled with the horrible reviews on JD.com from customer's complaining about poor quality, large gaps, and Bluetooth issues I requested a refund through their service at crazybaby. I got the refund after ten days.
