Someone needs to shut this company down.
They have very poor customer service, but what's worse, you get scammed into a membership, and it is impossible to cancel. Calling their customer service department is a waste of time because the representatives can barely speak English (by no fault of their own).
To the owners: How can you have a successful business with this type of customer service? Give your employees the tools they need to do their jobs, including English lessons if necessary. You should be ashamed of yourself; you are frauds.
Remember, karma sucks.
