I read and read and never could get a concrete plan to follow. It just was story after story. The program never really set up a plan to follow. It's too vague and it wanted you to follow a vinegar plan AND three miracle foods in a smoothie every day. You wouldn't be able to eat after all this, no wonder you would lose weight. What he did tell you is to eat is on any sensible weight loss plan. If you cut calories this drastically would help anyone lose weight. It is too full of gimmicks.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
