    Consumer beware!

    I ordered Cogniflex on March 2, 2017. Upon further investigation, I learned that the ingredients affected my health. A few days later I contacted customer service and made a phone call.

    I explained my dilemma and was given a return authorization number ($144).

    The package arrived, and I took it right to the post office to return. The package was unopened and returned in the same shipping package. A couple of days later I received an email from them that only $94 would be returned.

    I looked up the return money back guarantee they have on the website. No restocking fee mentioned there.

    I called customer service back and was told of a 15% restocking that was expressed to me in my comment conversation. So, I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said she was unable to do that. That she was the end of the line.

    Again, consumer BEWARE!

    When insisting that I wanted to speak with her boss, I was put on hold again. She said she would see what she could do. When she returned, she said I would receive all but $9.95 of my purchase price. When persisting to speak to a boss, she put me on hold again and said she would look further into the matter. When she returned she said, I would be refunded the purchase price of the product.

    WOW. Consumer beware!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
