    Love the product, but customer service is terribleā€¦

    As a new customer, I received my initial order without any shipping notifications, oh well, I liked the product.

    I placed a second order for an additional reservoir and blush for a special occasion and requested 2-day shipping at nearly $20.

    They took the money out of my account, the order was placed, I got a tracking number and everything, then the somehow the order was canceled. I called and spoke with two customer service representatives who said they would look into the issue. I called again hoping that the product was going to be delivered when I needed it. And of course, no one could help me or answer my question of when the product would be delivered.

    I even asked if there was an escalation chain for customer problems and the floor supervisor said no, because they don't have shipping issues (for real?).

    So, if you don't care about when your account is debited, and when and if you'll get your product, it might be the company for you.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
