    My first one was given to me. I had a ruptured aneurysm in December of 2016. I wanted a record in case I ever got in an accident. That one quit on me; the case got warped but it has not been very hot here yet this year. So I bought a new one from a store here in town. The video quality was so bad I had to be within three feet and directly behind a car to read the plate number on the screen of the camera and on my computer.

    I talked to tech support, and they said to send it back defective. Well, you have to pay for that and be without a camera. The store I bought it from has a good return policy, so I took it back to exchange it, but that store was out of them so I had to go to another store and buy one. I had that one in the car for two days, and the case started to warp. It has been in the low 80's on the full day I had it in the car.

    You get what you pay for. I just hope I don't have an accident before I can afford a quality camera.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
