I received my Electra Hairbrush about the first week of May 2017. When I opened it, it was full of hair from someone. Also, there were no instructions with it.
I called the customer service number on the packing list. I was told that in order to receive a replacement, I would have to pay the postage to return the product. Why should I pay the postage for a brush that was full of someone else's hair? The person on the phone said "if you can't afford the postage, I guess that is ok." Wow, it is the principal of the matter. Why should I pay to send back a defective product? I have called the customer service number five times since that conversation. They keep saying to check my email for advice on shipping the replacement.
It has been one month. I was really looking forward to trying this hairbrush since I have curly hair. But, sounds like a scam to me.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
