    Corporate office is incompetent!

    I ordered $5,000 worth of product from this company for our aesthetics office and cannot begin to tell you how many problems I ran into with just one order. After numerous issues just getting the order in, I was overcharged by $540, and they couldn't even tell me why my order was off. They also overcharged the taxes by $300.

    When I canceled the order, they flat out lied to me and told me they had contacted American Express to release the $5,000 hold they had on my credit card. Now five days later they still have not released my $5,000! I cannot and will not do business with a company that treats their clients like that. There are many good skin care companies out there that treat their customers better, so please stay away from SkinCeuticals!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
