    Perfecter Fusion Styler

    Complaint, very poor service and still no product

    I purchased the Perfector brush styler from the company's website on 7/02/17. It was delivered on 7/11/17. The product sent was not the brush styler that I ordered. I called customer service and was sent a return postage paid email which to print out with instructions to return the incorrect product to Wallingford, CT.

    I repackaged the item and used the mailing label to send the product back on 7/11/17 at the US Post Office in Frisco, TX 75035.

    I called customer service on 7/24/17 to check on the status of my product and was advised that the returned product had not been received. Really, two weeks from Texas to Connecticut?

    The customer service agent by the name of Rashid was very rude and said he could do nothing until the unit was received and then hung up on my call. He said to check with the post office.

    I am sorry that I didn't order the product from Amazon as it has now been almost a month and I still do not have the product I ordered on July 2nd, but my credit card was charged immediately.

    If anyone reads this review, please do not order from this company. I intend to advise everyone that I know about this situation and the very poor service that I have received.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
