I purchased the brush on May 3, 2017, soon after I called to cancel the $9.95 per month club thing. I checked my bank statement today to make sure, and it is true, they haven't charged me for two months.
The day I received it I was thrilled because it looked like a cool item. I plugged it in, it came on, I didn't use it and I put it away. I live near the beach in Mexico (I sell real estate here one hour from the Arizona border).
It did not turn on, and I tried several outlets. I found this site and read all the horror stories. I just about threw it away, but I called anyway. The girl gave me her agent number and name, told me I am past the 30 days to get a refund, so I asked for a replacement. She contacted the shipping department and ordered for another one to be resent. I should receive within one to two weeks.
I use a PO Box at the Arizona border; I don't use my Mexican address. I will be at the border this Wednesday and mail it back to the address she gave me. By the way, it's on their website and it's a UPS store mail box they have.
So far I am not unhappy, I will go through the process and report my findings here once I receive it. I was really hoping to use it today, was in the mood and the AC is on so no humidity, had the time, but was bummed it didn't work. That happens, I have patience. Thanks to everyone that posted their concerns. Hopefully I will have a happy story soon.
