This company has horrible customer service. I was calling about my replacement lid and not receiving it, and I sent the broken lid to them in June. She acted like I did something wrong. Her tone was awful, and she was impatient and couldn't answer questions. All in all, she sounded like she was having a bad day, and she did not need to be working on any phones, not even her home phone.
I had such high hopes for this cookware! I hadn't used this product even a month before the lid broke. I had to pay to send the lid back, and now I'm getting grief trying to get my replacement lid! My advice to the next consumer is, don't do it!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
